Planet Gymnastics' Policies & Field Trips:
- Field trips and gym rentals:
- Interested in a field trip to Planet Gymnastics or would you like to rent out our space for the evening. Prices vary depending on amount of individuals, timing, and more. Call 978.263.1900 for more information or to set up a day!
- PG Policies:
- Attire:
- Gymnastics is a very active sport. We require all of our athletes to wear comfortable clothing. Please no jeans, clothing with buttons or zippers on them. Girls with long hair should pull their hair back into a pony tail. Girls can wear a leotard or comfortable shorts/sweatpants/leggings and a t-shirt. Boys should wear comfortable shorts/sweat pants and a t-shirt.
- Make-ups and Privacy:
- We do not sell, give out or use any personal information from our customers for anything other than Planet Gymnastics correspondence. Refunds are given for any unused portions of tuition with a two week notice. We do not offer refunds for missed classes but always offer make-up opportunities!
- Payments:
- For each session payment is due 1 week prior to the new session. For monthly/team students tuition is due on the 1st of every month. For your convenience we offer an auto pay option.
- School Closings/Weather:
- Planet makes every effort to stay open, in case of severe weather please check our Facebook page or the email address you have on file at the gym. We will send out an email to everyone registered for that day if we are closed. Afternoon closures will be determined after 1:00pm. Morning classes may close during a storm, though please check back after 1pm to see if we are open for any classes starting on or after 4:00pm. f you are scheduled for a make-up that day, please email us to confirm.
